Question 1

How do I book a retreat?

Accepted Answer

Open the retreat you're drawn to, choose your dates and the option that feels right, and check the summary — you'll see exactly what you pay today and what's left to pay. Then you'll be taken to a secure payment page to complete it. If anything's unclear, message me first. I'd much rather you feel sure than rushed. 💜

Question 2

When is my place confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Your place is yours once I've received your payment and emailed you personally to confirm. Landing back on the website after paying isn't the confirmation — my email is. If you haven't heard from me within a couple of days, message me and I'll check straight away.

Question 3

The dates aren't out yet, or the retreat is full — what can I do?

Accepted Answer

Join the waitlist on the retreat page. It's free, it's not a booking, and there's nothing to pay. You'll be the first to hear when dates and prices are announced, or if a place opens up.

Question 4

Do I need any experience with witchcraft or tarot?

Accepted Answer

Not at all, my lovely. Whether you've never held a tarot card or you've had a practice for years, you're welcome. Everything I share is grounded and practical — real magic begins when you trust your own energy, and that's what we'll work on together.

Question 5

How do I send a question for Ask a Witch?

Accepted Answer

Send me a DM on Instagram at [@witchyportal](https://www.instagram.com/witchyportal/). Your question might be answered in a future episode — you can watch them all on the [Watch](/watch) page.

Question 6

Is the birth chart free? Do you keep my details?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's completely free. Your birth date, time and place are only used to draw your chart there and then — nothing is saved. If you don't know your birth time, you'll still see your Sun and planets (and usually your Moon) — only your rising sign and houses need the exact time.

Question 7

How quickly will you reply?

Accepted Answer

I usually reply within 2–3 working days. For anything about a booking, add the retreat name to your message so I can help you faster.
